Developing on promoting the political of art, cultural industry, art education, and the art industry. Graduated with double master degrees and Ph.D.

Building up the connection of the international art industry and cultural policies for Taiwan. The first art auctioneer who has a professional license across Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong and created several records of auctions in Taiwan.
