龔柏丞 Kung, Po-Chen

My name is Po-Chen Kung and I was born in 1982. Growing up in Canada has given me the opportunity to study and work with people of different nationality and culture. After this foreign adventure, I came back to Taiwan and had a full experience in the field of Lighting and Power Distribution & Automation (3 years in Signify as Head of Professional Channel and 12 years in Schneider Electric as Business Vice President, Sales Manager, and Product Marketing Manager). During this period, I developed skills in strategic sales, business development, conceptual thinking and managerial competences. Other than business result, during my professional career I have successfully made many young talents to step up and pursue for bigger challenge and a better career within the organization. All these make me a coach who is down to earth, goal-oriented, all-round but above all motivated to bring out the best in people, individually, but certainly also as part of a team.
